Schedule Appointment and Meet Doc

Click the schedule appointment found through the website. You can even pick the time you want online! Meet the Doctor, have your questions addressed, and discuss your health history and what you would like help with. Call us at (707) 446-2225 if you would like to ask questions before you schedule your appointment.

Step 2

We Develop Your “Back To Action” Plan

Everyone is unique and responds to chiropractic differently. After your first visit we will check to see how your body responded to the first adjustment. From there we will customize your “Back To Action” plan to get you and body where you want.

Step 3

You’re Feeling Great

Once you have achieved your wellness goals, you can come for monthly maintenance to help maintain ideal alignment or you can simply return the next time you need our help.
